Advanced production equipment L&E QUARTZ STONE utilizes the same production devices as Korean Samsung quartz and also introduces in world leading Italian technology. The pressure of vacuum pump compressor can be up to 200 tons, which successfully avoids the product porosity and makes significant advantages such as high-density of products and low water absorption.

L&E QUARTZ STONE Feature Two:
Excellent raw materials L&E QUARTZ STONE only uses high quality raw materials, and the pick quartz sand used is in accordance with ISO9001 regulations throughout the process from beneficiation operations to sand milling.
Quartz sand, powder: both are not weathered and Mohs hardness can be more than seven. Quartz sand moisture content is very low (0.02%).
Pigment: We only use DuPont and BASF these two global renowned brand color pigment to ensure product consistency and stability.
Unsaturated polyester resin: L&E artificial quartz stone resin can be the most expensive resin in the Chinese market (our resin is specially treated and custom-made by a professional supplier) in order to ensure resin not aging and not changing color.
In addition, the resin content of quartz largely determines the quality of quartz. L&E STONE resin content is very low. Low resin content can ensure the mechanical strength of the product and effectively controls the deformation of the product as well as to enhance the wear resistance of the surface etc.
